The Crew Development Program is a 3-day training program to introduce our newly hired employee to their new job, responsibilities, and workplace. It aims to give a thorough understanding about the company's vision, organizational culture, policies and expectations. Included in this program are the following: Food Safety, Quality Management System, Product Familiarization and Sequence of Service.
